How do I communicate directly with Key Curriculum for technical support issues?

Key Curriculum Press provides technical support for owners of desktop (Macintosh and Windows) editions of The Geometer's Sketchpad. The easiest way to contact our support staff is via the Web. Submit an online technical support request.

Technical support for Sketchpad for the Texas Instruments graphing calculators is available only through Texas Instruments, and technical support for Sketchpad for Cassiopeia is available only through Casio. Please contact these companies directly.

For Macintosh and Windows versions of Sketchpad, you can also submit technical questions by e-mail to technical.support@keypress.com. Please include your invoice number, the make or model of computer, and the version number of Sketchpad that you're using. (See version-number instructions below.)

Our telephone support number is 800-995-MATH (weekdays from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Pacific time). When you call, please have your invoice number available, and be near a computer running Sketchpad. If you can't be near a computer, have available your Sketchpad package's version number. This number, such as 3.06 or 4.01, can be found by choosing About Sketchpad from the Apple menu or the Help menu while the program is running.
